How to Scale Your Business From Zero to Six Figures

If you want to get a business from zero to six figures, I literally just wrote this yesterday. You need clarity of the business model. Good value proposition, fair exchange, fair pricing, etc. And then scaling it up beyond where do you want to be part-time, full-time or big-time? So I would regard myself as an empire builder. That's not me sitting here saying look at my empire, but most people would say 360 property units and 18 million in sales and information businesses and 150 staff. But there's a lot of decisions in that process that I could have made differently,. which would mean I'm more of an entrepreneur, i.e. lifestyle entrepreneur
