I think it was going to happen eventually. I mean, even looking at their long term debt and then on top of that, having a ton in capital leases as well. It's always looked like it could go to zero. Why do you think they ran the business like this? Are you ever shocked when you see stuff like that? Like 10 times debt to cash flow in a real retail business. You know, it's trickier with a retailer definitely than with some other things.
