Engage Your Own Story

In some ways, i'm asking you to parent your younger self in order to be a better ent to your children. Engage your own story as the primary way you can improve your parenting. When another person is aware of what you are feeling, when that other person is connecting you by being with you in those feelings, then you have the sense that you are being joined. I highly recommend this book if you're apparent.
