Carbon Capture and Storage

Carbon capture and storage would mean, like, first of all, it doesn't really exist. No one knows how to do this safely. The places where those power plants generally are is near what we call front line communities. So i'm very concerned about a bill that has all this funding for carbon capture and storage, but very regulation for it.
