A good controller has to embody a preductive model of what it's controlling. This is the origin of why brains of prediction machines, they're fundamentally regulating the body. And you now have an explanation of why motion feels the way it does. emotions tend to feel some version of good or bad. In movement, the dimensionalities is different, but vailance matters for control,. whereas in vision, we want to figure out where things are. So based on this, we can begin to understand the experience of self as a collection of related perceptual predictions about the body at different levels.
