What Happened to You With the FDA?
"We were always very careful. We will not shift the raw milk because that's illegal," he says. "They held it for the next month, but we're going to hold on to it." The FDA said his processes didn't meet their ABC processes and ordered him to destroy or ship back the milk. He was able to send in a shipment of freeze-dried donkey milk from the Azores Islands which has been approved as Lifalized by the FDA.
