Yono wat whati: What i want to make sure is we're giving our employees a great experience. And my belief is chapole is a place that gives employees tremendous personal growth, as well as business growth. Thereaen't many places where you can join an organization as a crew member and in a couple of years, find yourself running a multi million dollar restaurant with a team of 30 to 35 employees. Am for your restaurants, persistent, you don't franchise. How do you do that? What's the plan?
