The Importance of Capturing Demand
If you're selling a $2,000 product, I realistically can do expect to spend 200 bucks to acquire that customer through ad channels. When you have to create the demand, your ROAS is probably going to be closer to 1.8 or two,. Is return on ad spend. But we're capturing demand. That demand already exists. And so we can target people who are much further down in the funnel and hopefully have a much better ROAS.
