Identifying the Organizational Failures

It would be very difficult, that's for sure, because everythingis going to be shrouded in attorney client privilege and and all that stuff. But at the same time, it seems, it just seems intuitive that there might be something there. And i would also say that, if, if we were going to do this, that the review should not focus on the technology as much as on the business process.
