Introduction
Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction is one of the most common cardiac diseases affecting about 50% of patients. Treatment options for HEF PEP are scarce, diuretics can improve congestion and associated signs and symptoms. Frequently, co-obabilities worsen the situation in HEf PEP and should be treated adequately.
