How Do You Balance Your Schedules?

With more practice and engaging in that type of care, i find more and more that i don't have that energy naturally all day long. It's making sure that i take breaks during the day and really schedule the time for me not to get behind on notes. I can balance out my schedules of not having several difficult clinical material clients in a row. Then it allows for me to remain present and engaged with everybody who comes in. And so what you've described is something that i think a lot of people struggle with.
