The Heart of Michael D. Higgins

The heart was found in Phoenix Park, Dublin. The police wouldn't give specifics as to where in the park they found it or how they came to know to look there. A well-known criminal and a relative of his are suspected of being behind the theft. An anonymous member of the traveler community that the culprits were willing and able to return the relic.
