The two situations are not analogous. Caesar has no choice but to leave Durokky and he stays there as long as he can, but his men are defeated by Pompey. Antony doesn't feel that he's in that position. If he leaves, if Antony leaves, the Octavian isn't going to take control of Greece,. And Antony doesn’t want to give that up.
