The Importance of Blue Light

Most people today are coming to believe that blue light is bad. It could be good when we're exposing ourselves to it at the right time, and in the wrong amounts. When we wake up first thing in the morning we go outside. All of us are mind blown and we feel the magic of the blue sky and the sun rising. The problem is those people are going outside, and they're not getting a portion of that blue purple that is extremely important. Think of light as a nutrient. And just like when you eat food, there's no one nutrient that is more important than the other. You need that full spectrum of light to live a healthy life.
