Three of the six conservative justices on the supreme court were appointed by donald trump, as he very deliberately wanted to put an anti abortiin majority. The judicial process in america is almost a bit like the political process in the u k, where people with different interests do whatever it takes to try and shape the narrative. Nobody has quite worked out yet who leaked that draft opinion. Now it turns out to have been correct.
