The White Mountain
Pektasan or a town by fan is something that is quite hard to sort of identify as a mountain on approach. But once you're there, you're in no doubt at all that you're at the summit of something extremely large and powerful. What made this mountain so significant to the various people that surrounded it? Well, of course, I just automatically went to a modern explanation in my brain and that's, it's the volcano. We don't really have the written records prior to more or less an early modern period but I think that it's because of its explosive nature.
