I don't know that we'll solve this problem in our lifetime, but I will have to admit that over time, again, I was very hyper focused on mechanisms which are compelling in rodent data. And I've just had to acknowledge that I don't think the evidence exists in humans. That doesn't mean it's not the case, but I think there are other ways to get at this without having to really worry about whether that's the case or not. Once you take into account physical activity and sleep and other aspects of the diet and nutrient efficiency, I don't thinks we know.
