And thus his example of physicists in 1900 not knowing anything or having any opinion on the internet or nuclear power because we lack the ability to prophesize what new innovations, act innovations, and new knowledge will occur. He also asks if Gerard Nulius missed inflection points when he wrote about ancient Greek Arete excellence.
