Sile: I love, love, love the idea of taking big tasks off of recruiters and then also hiring managers because yeah, that was one of the things that really sucked about being a hiring manager. But for me, the biggest issue I think I have right now is that it timing. Take a look at chat GPT, the solution. It's a little bit too micro for me. Once you start to expand and respectively, be able to start pushing out training modules and start to create a training business, I think there's something there.
