How to Start a SaaS Agency
Matt was a big affiliate for a different software company. He started agency 2012 and launched his branded SaaS in about three months. In the first month back then, they let you sign up for $5,000 a month that we could just say, Hey, what feature do you like? Will you want us to build? And if you look at my first post, it was like January, I asked for custom fields. For context, that was the thing that I was like, please, can we custom fields? I got no traction or votes on it. So I gave five K and that was our introduction to high level.
