The Role of Intimidation in Afghanistan
i'm wondering if there's something institutional about that level of brutality when it comes to prosecuting a war. Conscript forces tend to be less restrained than professional military forces. But, but even professional military forces have bad actors in uniform commit atrocities. The question of institutional use of indiscriminate violence as a weapon of terror is not something i don't think you can credibly point to th us. This this is a soulless, corrupt, evil regime. Nnd that does not bode for the future of southern country ofe gret.
