Transitioning From the Military to the Private Sector
The transition between the federal, particularly the military space and coming over into private sector can be a pretty broad experience. Most of us it takes four to five years to actually do that transition. It took me a little while. I've been with over America now for five years but I'm still adapting in the seven years after retirement to civilian lifestyle. A military organization historically will lose like a third of their people every year which is unbelievable.
