The Nature of Destructiveness in High-Conflict Divorce

The term destructive is best reserved for a pattern of personal and motivational characteristics that seek to attack links, undermine or even destroy the family. It is internalized destructivity, a mental state that is compulsively enacted externally in dysfunctional high-conflict divorce.
