How to Overcome Inertia
The more the change is a departure from the status quo, the higher the friction of inertia i will show up. The greater effort needed to implement the change, the stronger the resistance. Effort creates drag and hell, leaders can overcome that one too. Unless we create a road map for people to follow, these big, lofty goals create a lot of ambiguity on behalf of the audience.
