Last week we began the discussion about mindfulness of the sense-theers. We can understand what that means, but it's often hard to translate. These are instructions from the Buddha in how to practice. He said one abides contemplating these dhammas in terms of the six internal and external sense-fears. Here one knows the eye, one knows visible forms, and one knows the fetter that arises dependent on both.
