The Shift in Tone From the Biden Administration

De-risking was always kind of a dream or an ideal for American politicians that has been very hard to make happen in any way. The question is, what is the actual manifestations of that de-risking? Because the Biden administration has started talking about it in the last half a year or so. All of these things have implications for European companies.
