Question Gathering Workshops - Great Cross-Departmental Impact

There are a lot of things that we know we don't know and sometimes these get lost in the shuffle because people can focus tactically on the day to day. So if you were to do a question gathering workshop where you really looked at the big questions that your colleagues have about users, then that could help inform you of some big initiatives that you could take on. And it's even better in this case when you gather these questions and multiple stakeholders from multiple different teams have similar or the same questions.
