i'd be doing cardio, like i think as you age, low intensity cardio has its place for over all health. And when you find that you don't have the mobility to do these exercises, you go do some manooga to help supplement. Yes, a hundred per centn wan wawod. What i would do on my off days? Between these two pulse ones, i'll say we did two of these types of ad workouts per week,. Maybe on monday and maybe on the thurs friday. In between, i'd be doing manfooga consistently. And if i'm feeling very sore, maybe more a one of the more restorative sessions.
