Is It a Chicken and the Egg Problem?

I wonder if within the church and beyond, if one way in which Christians could materially support the bonds of affection would be to recover and live within norms of courtesy. The sort of privilege that that would allow would be, would be lost. And there could be some sort of like, it's a chicken and the egg problem, right? Which, which, which one led to the problem? They're mutually implicating in that sense.
