i think part of it is like sort of being a respectful open source citizen. You want to be of everyone's time, that both the people who are ultimately going to become users of your project and then everybody else too. Most people actually, have encountered an open source software that they just didn't understand that there's a webside or read me. And most people find this really frustrating.
