"I quite honestly find it to be unbelievable that our federal government wants to see more people out of work than in work," he says. "So much of the housing market is dependent upon employment and rent growth is dependent on employment." He adds, "Don't we sort of want things just to kind of hang tight here and not have rates come back down?"
