Gareth Langforne is the former head of commercial strategy at Manchester City. He worked in a number of sports marketing and recruitment roles during his time as an athlete. The pair have been working together for more than 10 years, now running their own performance buying business. They say they were able to combine Gareth's data knowledge with Clare's track and talent background while still having fun too.
