Pence has already testified to the grand jury. If he were to refuse to show up, then Jack Smith could introduce and read Pence's grand jury testimony to the pedic jury sitting in Trump's trial. And that might actually be worse because you wouldn't be able to cross examine him,. So it ultimately, I think that this winds up, like, like all of it, being an area where I'm impressed by the way in which this has been thought out.
