Ocd and PTSD - Can It Complicate Treatment?
Longside, o c d. How's this complicate treatment? I guess that are more generally like just trawmet alongside o cd. But sometimes if we just understand them together and make sense of them as one, it can feel a lot easier to know what to do treatment wise. It's about having a little bit of patience as well, and just being really super kind to yourself, super compassionate to yourself,. but really understanding why you've elop these kind of issues with o c d or p t s d. As we say, yes, yes, absolutely yes.
