The US State Department is offering a $10 million bounty for information linking clop to attacks on a foreign government. The only thing that's probably going to save some of these operators is that they're in Russia, which has no extradition treaty. If you can say clop show evidence that clop is responsible for hitting a US government, including the Louisiana Department of Transportation or radiance, you can get up to $10 million. That's a pretty good payday.
