Barefoot Running

i started getting pain on the inside of my right ankle. Once i one day ran clockwise, the other day cantoclock wise, and then like alternate, that pain just went away without me changing any mileage. In barefoot running, or minimus running, it drastically changes the load applied to the body. So you've got to accept that i can't necessarily combine that changein show with the same volume i did before. You've got a really likt take away from that volume to be able to adapt to it.
