Are There Consistent Mistakes That Foundors Make?
As founders, everyone really leans into their own intuition far more than they should. And i think th a great outcome for any business or product or new feature that you're working on is that you invalidate it as soon as possible. I recall at one company where the founder had very strong intuition and an inclination around bringing a new feature to market but there was no use of research done. When we launched it, we actually didn't even launch it. There are just so many ways to really invalidate asking those tough questions with actual customers whom you hope to serve with those features.
