The Myriad Number System in Chinese

The end of european languages are likely to have oddballs for for 11s and 12s that's by no means universal all of the english teens are just weird like when I was going through German class it blew my mind when I realized that 13 is really 310 14 is 410. The chinese number system is really easy to learn for anybody but if you come from a culture that uses a thousand systemChinese uses the myriad system which is rather than grouping very large numbers by powers of a thousand it groups them by powers of 10 000. It really really gets a little difficult to handle right at first once you're while you're trying to transfer numbers from one system to another.
