Raul: Nuclear power is not green because of other reasons but it is absolutely low carbon even when you look at life cycle and it is firm power. I think a lot of scholars and people who care about the environment are just concerned where Germany shut down plants prematurely before end of life. The two other things about nuclear one of them I think has also been solved which is nuclear resistancePeople just I don't want it. So we're looking at completely new designs potentially small modular reactors and there is a belief that this will address cost structure quite a bit.
