It's something that i think people in general tend not to notice or appreciate. Thero buddhism is very clear on the need for a community. So enlightenment isn't, it's something thatyou ounow you get on your own,. but the practice is so hard a that you're much more likely to make progress if you are in a community of people who share, share the same goal and practices.
