The Importance of Identifying Our Envy

Sometimes we think we're envying, like we diagnose our envy if we were to look at it and sit with it. It can be a motivator for us to do better, right? To go, okay, why do I want something that somebody else has? Is it because I actually want that for myself? Or what is the thing that I want?
