How to Start a Creative Agency

I'm a creativity and accounting are the two elements of the skills that I have. And most people would think they don't go together. But I've learned that they do because, believe it or not, accountants are creative too. So we combined those by saying, this is a creative agency now. We started off just helping accountants with anything related to marketing. Over time, we discovered that these were the core things that accountants need. Now we have a very clear process where they come in to work with us,. Either by getting trained on marketing or by having us build a website or working on their brand. All of which fall into the creative agency arena. Yeah.
