Universal Health Care Is a Wonderful Ideal
universal does not necessarily mean government run it just means everyone gets it. In countries where government issues those guarantees people don't get the medical care that they need because certain ways of paying for medical care lead to shortages. People in the United Kingdom and Canada who are waiting often for years often in pain for for say hip replacements or for cancer treatment.
