Small Farms and Local Food Prints - Is That Really Where We're Going?

I think we see a resurgence of small farms that can produce items that you can't produce on large farms. And local restaurants are going to seek you out because you can give them things they can't get anywhere else. I know our place in ten years will be growing things that you're not posed to be able to grow in florida, because we're taking time now to figure out how to do it. We're busting the patterns on things like apples and pears... It's really where we have to go. So try to find those niches and fill em. Saves so much money.
