The Resiliency of the Party

We tend to have a pretty narrow set of kind of paradimes for thinking about the communist party. One that i just see is this pendulum swing between younow decline atrophy on the one hand, to sort of resilience on the other. But it strikes me that that's really the dominant way of thinking about the party. And yet there are undoubtedly maybe better ways, or additional ways that we can e can be thinking about it.
