The first step is to audit. Look at your calendar for the next two weeks, audit it and measure it from things that light you up to things that take your energy. And then also things that have a low cost to pay somebody else versus high cost. So if we don't buy back eight hours, 20 hours a week doing these low value tasks so that we can go build the systems.
