The key to making chronic disease better is making a single cell work. To be healthy you must stop eating anything that says partially hydrogenated or canola oil. Stop using all forms of artificial sweeteners such as aspartame splinda, xylitol and other sweeteners that end in OL. Most of what you're putting in your body is an electron donor. If you find a switch off, fix it.
