The demand has definitely died off from like mid-spem usually when there's no new listings then march it picked up and april the seller is like oh hey there's some stuff picking up. i think either the demand has settled or people are just like you know what i'm going to wait a little bit and then kind of see what happens in the fall. You don't get multiples if you've priced it at a point where it's low and then you only get to shocking that's shocking exactly so if you have a house that's like call it million bucks you price for that 799 you get no offers that is shocking somebody around here just priced something, he says.
