Is There a Post-Racial Epoch in Capitalism?

The term post-racial comes from an essay that proposes a thought experiment of alien beings coming to Earth and saying, we'll take all of your black people. And then the white masters in America say, yes, take all the black people. The point is that racism comes from rationality and not emotion and irrationality. To not have it means you have to see the structural inequality that you started to talk about with capitalism and with class.
