How to Grow a Retail Business

We've owned retailers or things that are in retailing Um, but we haven't owned things like department stores So, uh, we've owned more general or retail. I mean it's good if you have a few units and it's really attractive Uh economics and then it can grow all around the country,. But you have to have it at not a crazy price so you have to be early to find it. You have to own it while it has a high peach because of how good the growth will be. It should be easy to see what the future will be until it gets to too many stores Even finding it early on though, right?
